The Strength Lab is a boutique Crossfit gym run out of our University Avenue location. 

About

The Strength Lab is run by Dr. David Whitty, an level 4 Crossfit Coach. With small class sizes it's more like a semi-private training group. 

Classes run at lunch time and in the early evenings during the week .

Programs

Introduction to Strength Training

The introduction to strength training program is a twice weekly program that teaches the fundamentals of strength training. With a focus on compound movements such as olympic lifting.
