His focus is on addressing the soft tissues (muscle and tendons) and joint mobility. Manipulation of the spine is one of the treatments Dr. Whitty utilizes but not exclusively. Most patients receive soft tissue therapy particularly Active Release Technique® and Graston Technique® or Acupuncture and Dry Needling and all are prescribed restorative exercises.
